 eady to start your teaching career with confidence\, clarity and support? 
 The <b>SWPRSC New Teacher Induction Series (Bootcamp 101)</b> is a compreh
 ensive\, multi-session learning experience designed to guide new teachers 
 through the realities of their first year in the classroom.<br><br>This se
 ries begins with a kick-off session focused on orientation\, classroom cul
 ture\, and setting clear expectations\, followed by four interactive sessi
 ons that address the most critical skills new teachers need to succeed. Pa
 rticipants will explore effective classroom management\, communication wit
 h families and stakeholders\, lesson design\, time management\, differenti
 ation\, and assessment. Throughout the series\, teachers will reflect on t
 he phases of a first-year teaching experience\, develop sustainable practi
 ces and build strategies that support both student success and teacher wel
 l-being.<br><br><b>TOPICS INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):</b><ul><li>cla
 ssroom routines\, procedures\, and proactive teacher-student relationships
 </li><li>building positive classroom culture and strong teacher-student re
 lationships</li><li>communication with families\, colleagues\, and stakeho
 lders</li><li>lesson planning\, instructional design\, and time management
 </li><li>student engagement and checks for understanding</li><li>different
 iation\, accommodations\, and modifications</li><li>standards alignment an
 d assessment readiness (including FastBridge and state assessments)</li><l
 i>AI tools to support planning \, instruction and assessment</li><li>teach
