 nd careful consideration\, the Concord Academy Board of Directors made the
  difficult decision on August 27\, 2026\, to close Concord Academy. The Ac
 ademy will not open for the 2026-2027 school year.</p>\n<p style="font-sty

 financial challenges have made it impossible to maintain the long-term fin
