What: A family eng agement event to recognize the sacrifices of military-connected children.< /p>

When: April 30\, 2 026\, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Doors open at 5:15 p.m.\, Seated by 6:00 pm\, brief opening ceremony at 6:15 p.m.
How: D istrict-sponsored event and sponsors\; Registration and a valid Military I D are required for the parent/caregiver.

rs must remain with their student. This is NOT a drop-off event. Registrat
ion is required. This event was planned in observance of the Month of the
Military Child.

Cumberland County Schools invites families to the 4th Annual
Children’s Mental Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday\, May 9\, 2026\,
from 8 to 11 a.m.\, at Fayetteville's downtown Festival Park.
Open
to Pre-K–12 students and their families\, this free\, family-friendly e
vent promotes the importance of mental health\, healthy lifestyles and com
munity connection. Attendees can enjoy a variety of engaging activities\,
including games\, a video game truck\, food trucks and giveaways.

rganized by the CCS Student Services Department\, the fair aligns with Chi
ldren’s Mental Health Awareness Week and continues to provide a welcomin
g space for families to access resources\, build connections and support s
tudent well-being.
