 well-being. The program teaches physical interventions only as a last reso
 rt - when an individual presents an imminent danger to self or others - an
 d all physical interventions taught are designed to be non-harmful\, nonin
 vasive and to maintain the individual’s dignity. Follow-up debriefing st
 rategies are also key components of the training program.Participants will
  be required to complete an on-line training portion before attending the 
 in-person training. Participants will receive information about the online
  training 1-2 weeks before the in-person training date.
