DESCRIPTION:<b>  Religious and Cultural Observances</b><br> AACPS will op

 tural observance:•October 29\, 2027: Diwali(No Moon Day)•February 6\, 
 2028: Lunar New Year•May 5\, 2028: Eid al-Adha. Jewish and Muslim religi
 ous observance dates begin at sundown on the evening prior to the dates no
 ted and conclude at sundown the next evening.   <br><br><ul><li><b>Tests
  &amp\; Examinations<br></b>AACPS tests and examinations(including mandate
 d tests and assessments) shall not be scheduled on any of the religious ob
 servances noted in this calendar. Tests and examinations for a grade will 
 not be administered on the school day following any of the religious obser
 vances noted in this calendar\, unless the observance concludes on a Frida
 y or Saturday night. Similarly\, AACPS tests and examinations(including ma
 ndated tests and assessments) for Evening High School students shall also 
 not be scheduled on the evening before or the day of evening of a religiou
