K-6 students can sign up. We are flexible about making up classes if you have to miss for some reason.
$40 per student. Class size will be l imited to 20 students.
To sign up\, please fill out and return the b ottom portion of the flyer (which was sent home and extras are located in the office). Payment can be made by check (made payable to East Layton Ele mentary) or online thru your myDSD guardian account (we encourage using th e online account).

Students will not be enrolled until payment is made and there wil l be no refunds for missed classes or no-shows. REGISTRATION DUE MAY 15.
