To address the board concerning an issue no t included on the board's regular monthly agenda\, you must submit a writt en request with supporting documents to the Director of Schools office at least ten business days prior to the scheduled board meeting. At the discr etion of the Director of Schools and the Board of Education Chairman\, you r concern will be placed on the agenda or addressed privately at an appoin ted time. There shall be a public comment period for each meeting with act ionable items on the agenda\, with the exception of teacher disciplinary h earings. Comments shall be limited to topics listed on the agenda.
