SHAC consists of district staff members who represent: \; Fo od &\; Nutrition Services\; \; Health Promotion for Staff\; Physica l Education\; Family &\; Community Involvement\; Counseling\, Psycholog ical\, and Social Services\; Healthy School Environment\; School Health Ed ucation\; and Health Services\, along with representatives from the School Board\, the community\, students\, and parents. \; The mission of SHA C is to promote optimal health within our school community. Meetings are h eld four times a year to provide an opportunity for collaborative work in creating a healthy school environment\, combined with community support\, to enhance learning and encourage the development of lifelong wellness pra ctices for all students\, staff\, and the community. We value and seek inp ut from the public.
