They will work through elements of design\, material selection\, composites\, manufactur ing\, assembly\, and evaluation as they learn how a skateboard g oes from an idea to a finished product. The University of Tennessee materi als specifically identify skateboard manufacturing as one of their hands-o n composite activities.
