Sports physicals will be held on April 13th from11:30 AM–3:45 PM for high school students \;and 3:45–5:00 PM for middle school students. The cost is $10\, and physi cals will be valid for all sports through June of next year.

All required paperwork must be completed prior to arrival. Copies are available in the main office at both the high school and middle school. Completed paperwork must be turned in to me before a high school student can be assigned a ti me slot.

High school students must sign up for a time slot in advance. Tim e slots will be scheduled every 5 minutes—students should contact Mrs. C orns in person or via email to reserve a spot.
